The END to PoolPit

PoolPit ended with a ball...a whole lot of balls..they were sealed inside a pinata in the form of the Travelocity Gnome. One by one players and party-goers took a swing at the gnome..until all the balls dropped..the winning blow was delivered by Justin Marshall, assisted by Alana Ginty...the balls were recovered and prize amounts revealed.

Two competitions followed and soon winners emerged; Brenda Maxwell took the prize for Paddle Ball and Alana Ginty swept up with Magic Ball.

The events took us late into the evening when the group still in attendance were photographed. The buffet dinner was catered by Marshall's Pasta Mill (at the Marshalls)..munchies, cake and fruit kabobs added balance to the meal.

It was a festive end to decade of Pools. I hope everyone had fun!

FINAL Awards Ceremony

It marks the end to a decade of Pools, all designed to amuse and entertain us through the long winters. Don't miss out, sign up before Friday then come out and enjoy the festivities!

Gold Parrot Award

The GRAND PRIZE of the Gold Parrot will be awarded at the Awards Ceremony July 16, 2010.

This goes to the largest gross cash winner and ultimate player in the history of the Pools. A fitting way to bid farewell to the Pools.

The REVEAL is ON!

Starting today..find out if you are a WINNER! Find the digital ornament in the lounge with the names of the winners, random winners and yes, the losers too! If your name appears, come find me and retrieve your card. Inside each card is a number linked to your cash prize. It MUST be brought to the party to claim your prize!


Winners need to fashion a blindfold for the party event. You may design your own or use the pattern included.

Only those who won, were randomly chosen in draws, and the losers will have one of these cards.

Each card has a unique number printed inside. That number is the key to claiming your prize! So once you get a card, you better hold on tight to it. No card = No cash!
You MUST attend the party to collect your winnings..a delegate may be sent in your place (but may only represent ONE person). So keep watching!!

Finish Ahead

The Finish Line lays ahead for the Pools..and the Players too! Less than two weeks until they all wrap up and winners are determined..then it'll be time to plan for a party!!
TAR: This Sunday will see the final 3 teams race to win the 1 million dollars.
SURVIVOR: Last week we saw a double-head elimination..sending Candice then Danielle packing. Now there are 6 and the line has been drawn in the sand, who will cross it? Show concludes the 16th. Ai9: Final 4 still need to compete for the top 2 positions and then America decides who their next Ai9 Winner will be.
